Guest Services Job Opportunity - Emerging Technologies

TCS is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Services professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all visitors and stakeholders interacting with our emerging technologies division. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal background (LLB) to understand and navigate company policies, compliance requirements, and provide exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of visitor reception, including scheduling, access control, and providing information.

Act as a primary point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming and professional environment.

Assist with the arrangement of meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.

Handle inquiries from guests and employees, resolving issues efficiently and courteously.

Maintain and update visitor logs and relevant databases.

Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.

Utilize legal knowledge to interpret and apply company guidelines related to visitor management and data privacy.

Prepare reports and documentation related to guest services activities.
