Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Hardware and Networks professional with 2-4 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for maintaining and optimizing the hardware and network infrastructure that supports our banking operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the implementation of new hardware and network solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage and troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) for users across multiple locations.
- Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks or threats.
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and network-related problems, including remote assistance.
- Assist in the procurement, inventory management, and lifecycle of IT hardware assets.
- Support the setup and configuration of new office spaces or relocations, ensuring all network and hardware requirements are met.
- Document network configurations, hardware inventory, and support procedures.
- Collaborate with IT vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and software installations.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security best practices.
