You will be responsible for overseeing hardware projects, ensuring timely delivery, and fostering innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of hardware engineers, providing technical guidance and performance management.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of hardware projects, from conceptualization to deployment.
- Develop and implement hardware engineering strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, product management, and operations.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and validation of hardware components and systems.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues, optimizing performance and reliability.
