Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Head - C & B. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a keen interest in compensation and benefits within the fast-paced startup environment of the investment management sector. The successful candidate will gain invaluable experience supporting the HR function and contributing to the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the administration and management of compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and employee benefits.
Support the HR team in data collection, analysis, and reporting related to compensation and benefits trends.
Help in the preparation of compensation-related documentation and communications to employees.
Maintain accurate employee records related to compensation and benefits.
Provide support in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all compensation and benefits aspects are handled efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
