Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Head - Data Base with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient retrieval. This role is crucial for supporting our BPO operations by providing accurate and accessible data.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, development, and implementation of database solutions.

Perform routine database maintenance, including backups, recovery, and performance tuning.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all databases.

Implement and enforce data security policies and procedures.

Generate reports and provide data analysis to support business decision-making.

Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.

Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate database solutions with existing systems.

Stay updated with the latest database technologies and best practices.
