Head - Design & Development - E-Learning / EdTech Sector

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Head - Design & Development to lead our curriculum and content design initiatives for our E-Learning platform. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual with a BBA/BBM degree and 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the EdTech or education sector in India. You will be instrumental in shaping the learning experiences of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and development of engaging and effective learning modules, courses, and educational content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and content creators to ensure high-quality output.
- Implement innovative pedagogical approaches and learning technologies.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for design and development projects.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and best practices in EdTech content development.
- Ensure content aligns with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the design and development team.
- Analyze user feedback and performance data to iterate and improve learning content.
- Contribute to the strategic vision for product development and educational innovation.
