Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Head - DevOps with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate looking to kickstart their career in a crucial support function within the agrochemicals industry. You will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure and deployment pipelines, ensuring seamless operations and driving technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the deployment and management of CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues with development and production environments.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth software releases.
- Contribute to the automation of repetitive tasks and processes.
- Support the implementation of security best practices within the DevOps framework.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for critical systems.
- Document system configurations and operational procedures.
- Stay updated with emerging DevOps tools and technologies.
