Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for a recent B.Com graduate looking to gain practical experience in property management within the agrochemical industry. You will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining company-owned properties, ensuring they are operational and compliant with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day management of company properties, including offices, warehouses, and agricultural land.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of properties.

Maintain accurate property records, including leases, rent rolls, and maintenance logs.

Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues.

Assist in managing budgets for property-related expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with local property laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Support in tenant relations and issue resolution for any company occupants.
