Head - Finance & Accounts (2-3 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Head - Finance & Accounts to oversee the financial operations of our Indian subsidiary. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes, financial reporting, and compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a foundational understanding of corporate finance within the Indian context, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and relevant tax laws (GST, TDS, etc.).

Support in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.

Assist in internal and external audits.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
