Head - Finance & Accounts - Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity

This is an entry-level Head - Finance & Accounts role for individuals with a Diploma, seeking to gain foundational experience within the Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Private Equity sector. The role focuses on supporting the finance and accounts department with day-to-day operations and learning key financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and general ledger.
- Support in preparing financial statements and reports under supervision.
- Participate in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Help with bank reconciliations and other reconciliation tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Learn and apply accounting software and tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
