Head - Hardware Engineering for BBA/BBM Graduates (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to lead our nascent hardware engineering initiatives. As the Head of Hardware Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, procurement, and management of all hardware-related assets and projects. This role is ideal for a BBA/BBM graduate with 3-5 years of experience who possesses strong analytical, project management, and vendor negotiation skills, and has a keen interest in understanding and optimizing the technological infrastructure that supports our investment operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive hardware strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of hardware assets, from procurement and deployment to maintenance and decommissioning.
- Evaluate, select, and negotiate with hardware vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Oversee hardware procurement processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor relationship management.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure hardware infrastructure meets operational needs.
- Monitor hardware performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest hardware trends and technologies relevant to the financial services industry.
- Develop and maintain documentation for hardware configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Lead small, cross-functional teams on specific hardware-related projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant hardware procurement and security policies.
