Head - Logistics / SCM (1-3 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as Head - Logistics / SCM. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience and a 12th Pass qualification, looking to gain hands-on experience in managing supply chain and logistics operations within a leading BPM organization. You will be responsible for supporting the smooth functioning of our logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and related documentation.

Support in tracking shipments and resolving any logistical issues or delays.

Adhere to company policies and procedures related to logistics and supply chain management.

Assist in preparing reports on logistics performance and inventory levels.
