Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with an MBA/PGDM to join our team as a Health & Fitness - Other specialist. Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute comprehensive health and wellness programs for employees, focusing on physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Conduct needs assessments and surveys to identify employee health interests and concerns.

Collaborate with external vendors and healthcare providers to offer relevant wellness services and workshops.

Develop communication strategies to promote health initiatives and encourage employee participation.

Track and report on the effectiveness of wellness programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Manage budgets and resources allocated for health and wellness initiatives.

Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
