Hematologist - Noida

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Hematologist with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our team in Noida. This role will involve analyzing financial data, contributing to financial reporting, and supporting various financial operations within our BPO services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a keen eye for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Support in managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial queries and discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and filings.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information.
