Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical High Performance Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. This role involves analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize operations within our petrochemical and plastics division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and a keen eye for detail, with a postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze production, quality, and operational data to identify areas for performance improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
Conduct root cause analysis for performance deviations and propose corrective actions.
Support in forecasting and planning activities based on performance analysis.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in performance analysis.
