Hotel / General Manager Job Opportunity - Printing & Publishing (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Hotel / General Manager with 3-5 years of experience to oversee the operational and administrative functions of our corporate facilities in Kochi. This role requires a unique blend of management acumen, technical understanding, and a proactive approach to ensuring a seamless and efficient working environment for our employees within the printing and publishing industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Tech/B.E. background to manage facilities, optimize resource allocation, and implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the corporate facility, including accommodation, catering, and administrative support services.

Oversee and coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and security services to ensure a safe and conducive work environment.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for services related to facility management.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Utilize B.Tech/B.E. knowledge to troubleshoot and manage technical aspects of facility operations.

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns related to facility services.

Contribute to strategic planning for facility development and improvements.
