This role is ideal for an individual with 2-4 years of experience in HR support functions, looking to contribute to a dynamic MNC in the education sector. As an HR Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR operations, data analysis, and ensuring efficient HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
Support in the recruitment process, including screening applications and scheduling interviews.
Generate HR reports on employee data, attendance, and other relevant metrics.
Provide support for HR-related queries from employees.
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.
