Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Nagpur. This role will be instrumental in managing and optimizing various HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices and a Master's degree in Technology (M.Tech), bringing a unique analytical perspective to HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies, staying updated on regulatory changes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
- Utilize HRIS and other technology platforms to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to provide insights into workforce trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners and department heads, to address HR-related queries and issues.
- Manage employee records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR operational processes through innovative solutions and best practices.
