HVAC Supervisor (3-4 Yrs) | Nasik

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at our retail locations in Nasik. This role is crucial for ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our customers and employees, as well as maintaining the operational efficiency of our stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC principles and practical experience in supervising a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide a team of HVAC technicians in daily operations, including installation, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs of HVAC systems.

Conduct regular inspections of HVAC equipment to identify potential issues and schedule proactive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

Troubleshoot complex HVAC system malfunctions and provide effective solutions.

Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels for timely repairs.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment performance.

Communicate effectively with store management, vendors, and other departments regarding HVAC operations and requirements.

Assist in training junior technicians and apprentices on HVAC systems and procedures.
