Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Image Editor with 1-2 years of experience for our Ahmedabad studio. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA/PGDM degree and a strong understanding of image manipulation techniques, with a focus on supporting our animation and VFX pipelines. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and business acumen to ensure efficient project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform image retouching, manipulation, and color correction for various animation and VFX projects.
- Collaborate with art directors and creative teams to ensure visual consistency and quality standards.
- Manage and organize large volumes of image assets, maintaining proper file naming conventions and folder structures.
- Assist in the preparation of assets for different stages of the production pipeline.
- Understand project requirements and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of edited images.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the image editing department.
- Analyze project needs from a strategic perspective, aligning image editing efforts with overall project goals.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers and technical leads.
