Immigration (3-4 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and facilitating the immigration processes for our employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant Indian immigration laws and regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. A Post Graduation is not required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage work permits, visas, and other immigration-related documentation for foreign and domestic employees.
- Advise employees on immigration policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all Indian immigration laws, regulations, and government policies.
- Liaise with government authorities, embassies, and consulates to facilitate immigration processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all immigration applications and approvals.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of immigration applications and appeals.
- Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and their potential impact on the company.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Provide support and guidance to employees throughout the immigration process.
