Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and motivated B.Sc graduate with 1-2 years of experience in incident management to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and effective resolution of technical incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to our services and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a keen analytical mind and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze system alerts and performance metrics to identify potential incidents.
Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents according to established procedures.
Investigate and diagnose the root cause of incidents, collaborating with relevant technical teams.
Implement and document solutions for resolved incidents.
Escalate complex or unresolved incidents to senior support staff or engineering teams.
Communicate incident status updates to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Contribute to the development and improvement of incident management processes and documentation.
Participate in on-call rotations as required.
