- Advise management on industrial relations matters and best practices.
- Conduct employee training programs on labor laws and HR policies.
- Facilitate smooth functioning of employee unions and maintain constructive relationships.
- Participate in negotiations with employee representatives.
- Monitor workplace safety and health standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
