We are seeking a talented and creative Interaction Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital platforms, specifically within the petrochemical and plastics domain. You will be responsible for translating user needs and business requirements into elegant, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives.

Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate on designs.

Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.
