Interior Designer - Petrochemical / Plastics / Rubber Sector (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design projects for our facilities within the Petrochemical/Plastics/Rubber sector. This role requires a blend of design sensibility and an understanding of business operations, making a BBA/BBM degree a valuable asset. You will work closely with stakeholders to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and brand-aligned spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentations for various projects.
- Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to translate business requirements into design solutions.
- Source and specify furniture, fixtures, and materials, considering budget and project timelines.
- Prepare detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D visualizations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation aligns with plans.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes.
- Understand and incorporate company branding guidelines into design schemes.
- Contribute to space planning and optimization for offices, labs, and common areas.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to industrial and corporate environments.
- Assist in budget management and cost control for design projects.
