Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will hold a B.Tech/B.E. degree and possess a strong understanding of audit principles, risk management, and internal controls. You will be responsible for conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits to ensure the integrity of our operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute internal audit engagements, including risk assessment, scope definition, and fieldwork.
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls across various business processes.
- Conduct financial audits to ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform operational audits to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Assess compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, documenting findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and track their closure.
- Collaborate with management to address audit findings and develop corrective action plans.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging risks in the auto components sector.
