Internal Auditor at Kajaria Ceramics Limited

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Auditor with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Sc degree looking to kick-start their career in internal audit within the building materials sector. You will assist in evaluating internal controls, compliance, and operational efficiency across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing internal audit engagements to assess the adequacy of internal controls and operational efficiency.

Review financial records, operational processes, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements to mitigate risks.

Prepare clear and concise audit reports, documenting findings and recommendations.

Support senior auditors in conducting fraud investigations and special audits as required.

Maintain audit work papers and documentation in accordance with professional standards.

Stay updated with relevant accounting standards, auditing principles, and regulatory requirements.
