Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Internship Workshop Manager / Supervisor. This role is ideal for a recent postgraduate with an M.A. degree looking to gain hands-on experience in managing workshop operations within the building material industry. The intern will support the senior management in overseeing daily activities, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the supervision of workshop staff and daily operational tasks.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and quality control procedures within the workshop.
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies, and assist in procurement processes.
- Support in troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Compile reports on workshop performance, output, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and project delivery.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency and productivity.
