Investment Banking Analyst - Design (0-1 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Investment Banking Analyst with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate eager to apply their technical and quantitative skills to the world of finance within the design industry. You will support senior bankers in executing transactions, conducting market research, and developing client presentations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services for design-focused businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the origination and execution of M&A transactions, capital markets deals, and strategic advisory mandates.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation modeling (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and sensitivity analysis.
- Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and marketing materials.
- Perform industry and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential targets/buyers.
- Support due diligence processes for ongoing transactions.
- Build and maintain financial models and databases.
- Collaborate with deal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.
- Stay updated on industry developments and economic trends relevant to the design sector.
