Job Description
We are seeking a motivated B.Pharma graduate with 2-3 years of experience to join our Investment Banking, Private Equity & VC team. This role will involve supporting deal execution, market research, and financial analysis within the dynamic advertising and marketing sector. You will gain exposure to various aspects of corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis on the advertising and marketing industry to identify investment opportunities.
Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memorandums.
Support due diligence processes for potential investments and acquisitions.
Collaborate with senior team members on deal origination and execution.
Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
