IPQA Officer - Thiruvananthapuram (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking an experienced IPQA Officer to join our Quality Assurance team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is crucial in ensuring that our manufacturing processes and final products meet the highest quality standards, adhering to industry regulations and company specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control principles and a keen eye for detail, with 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections at various stages of manufacturing to identify deviations from standards.

Review and analyze production data, quality control reports, and testing results to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Perform final product inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with specifications before dispatch.

Document all quality assurance activities, including inspection results, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.

Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to resolve quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant quality standards.

Assist in the training of production personnel on quality control procedures and standards.
