Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Schedule interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing materials and employer branding initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.
