Junior Accessory Designer - E-Learning / EdTech (0-1 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Junior Accessory Designer with a M.Pharma background to join our dynamic E-Learning / EdTech team. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and developing innovative learning accessories that enhance the educational experience for our users. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and create accessories that support them.

Conceptualize and design a range of learning accessories, including but not limited to physical aids, digital toolkits, and interactive components.

Utilize your M.Pharma knowledge to inform the design of accessories related to scientific or healthcare-focused courses, ensuring accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness.

Develop prototypes and mock-ups for new accessory concepts.

Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.

Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are aligned with the company's brand and educational philosophy.

Stay updated with the latest trends in E-Learning, instructional design, and accessory development.
