We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Advisor / Consultant with a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma) background to join our team in Indore. This role is ideal for an individual with 0-2 years of experience looking to apply their pharmaceutical knowledge and analytical skills within the dynamic Iron & Steel industry. You will support strategic initiatives, market research, and operational analysis, contributing to key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis on trends, competitor activities, and regulatory landscapes relevant to the Iron & Steel sector.
- Assist in the development of business strategies and operational improvement plans.
- Analyze data related to production, supply chain, and market demand.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management.
- Support project management activities and contribute to cross-functional team efforts.
- Leverage M.Pharma knowledge in areas such as material science, quality control, or process optimization where applicable.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
