Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret contracts, agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and performance, ensuring adherence to contractual terms.
- Support the resolution of service-related disputes and client grievances with a legal perspective.
- Ensure all service delivery processes align with relevant industry regulations and legal frameworks.
- Liaise with internal legal teams and external counsel on service delivery matters.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to service delivery, including reports and compliance records.
- Provide legal support and guidance on operational matters impacting service delivery.
- Conduct research on legal and regulatory changes affecting the Iron & Steel sector and their impact on service delivery.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth and effective service operations.
