Junior Artist - BPM (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Artist with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and 2-4 years of experience to join our Business Process Management (BPM) team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will contribute to the creation and enhancement of visual assets and process flows within our BPM solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of artistic principles, digital tools, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive visual representations. You will work closely with BPM consultants and developers to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visual elements, icons, and user interface components for BPM workflows and applications.
- Create process flow diagrams, storyboards, and wireframes to illustrate business processes and system functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual designs.
- Ensure consistency in branding and visual style across all BPM-related projects.
- Utilize graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality digital assets.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine visual outputs.
- Assist in the documentation of design specifications and guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital art, UI/UX design, and BPM.
- Support the development team in integrating visual assets into the final product.
