Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Junior Background Verification professional to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity of our hiring processes by conducting thorough and accurate background checks on prospective employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of verification procedures and a keen eye for detail, with a background in Commerce (M.Com).

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-employment background verification for candidates, including educational, employment, and criminal record checks.
- Collect and verify relevant documents and information from candidates and third-party agencies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all verification activities.
- Identify discrepancies and potential risks, escalating them to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies regarding background checks.
- Liaise with HR and hiring managers to provide timely updates on verification status.
- Assist in developing and refining background verification processes and policies.
