Junior Bartender - Beverage

We are seeking a motivated and legally inclined Junior Bartender to join our dynamic beverage team in Thane. This entry-level position is ideal for an individual with a recent LLB degree looking to apply their analytical skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will be responsible for assisting in bar operations, ensuring compliance with all legal and safety standards, and contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior bartenders in preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and supplies.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a particular focus on legal compliance, licensing, and age verification, leveraging your LLB knowledge.

Assist in inventory management and stock rotation, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.

Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and addressing their needs in a friendly and professional manner.

Learn and execute standard drink recipes accurately and efficiently.

Operate POS systems for order taking and payment processing.

Participate in training sessions to enhance beverage knowledge and service skills.
