Junior Card Operations Executive / Lead - Beverage

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Card Operations Executive / Lead to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role is ideal for a recent B.Com graduate looking to kickstart their career in the beverage industry, focusing on the efficient and accurate management of card operations. You will play a crucial part in supporting our financial transactions and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process and reconcile daily card transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Assist in the setup and maintenance of cardholder accounts and related data.
* Monitor card usage and identify any suspicious or fraudulent activities, reporting them promptly.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to card transactions with professionalism.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, IT) to ensure seamless card operations.
* Generate reports on card transaction volumes, exceptions, and other key metrics.
* Support in the implementation of new card-related policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all card operations activities.
