Junior Chairman - Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Chairman to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Pharma background who is keen to transition into the investment banking and private equity sector. You will be instrumental in supporting deal execution, market research, and portfolio management activities under the guidance of senior leadership. Your unique perspective from a B.Pharma education will be valuable in analyzing companies within sectors that may intersect with pharmaceuticals or healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the sourcing and evaluation of potential investment opportunities.
* Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis, with a focus on identifying trends and competitive landscapes.
* Support the due diligence process for potential transactions, including financial modeling and valuation.
* Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
* Monitor the performance of existing portfolio companies and assist in value creation initiatives.
* Collaborate with deal teams on transaction execution, including legal documentation and closing procedures.
* Leverage your B.Pharma knowledge to analyze companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare sectors.
