Junior Chief Purchase Officer / Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) - Content Development / Language

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Chief Purchase Officer / Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) to join our dynamic team in Noida. This role is ideal for an MBA/PGDM graduate with 1-2 years of experience looking to build a career in procurement within the fast-paced content development and language services industry. You will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our purchasing processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely acquisition of necessary resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.

Source and evaluate potential vendors, negotiating terms and pricing for goods and services.

Manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to manage stock.

Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Prepare reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance.
