We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance and Testing professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a keen eye for detail, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of various content and project deliverables within the language and content development space.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive quality checks on diverse content types, including written materials, digital assets, and training modules.

Identify and document defects, errors, and inconsistencies in content, providing clear and actionable feedback to content creators and project managers.

Develop and execute test plans and test cases to validate content accuracy, grammatical correctness, adherence to style guides, and overall quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content writers, editors, designers, project managers) to understand project requirements and quality standards.

Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, project specifications, and audience needs.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and methodologies.

Manage multiple testing tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
