We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Colon / Rectal Surgeon with 1-2 years of experience and a B.Pharma degree to join our dynamic team in Surat. This role involves contributing to our investment analysis and due diligence processes within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical background to assess investment opportunities and support deal execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis on potential investment targets in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Assist in the evaluation of financial statements and business models of target companies.
- Support the due diligence process, including reviewing scientific data, regulatory landscapes, and clinical trial information, drawing upon B.Pharma knowledge.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
- Monitor portfolio companies and assist in value creation initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
