Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and visually-inclined Junior Creative / Art Director with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team in Bangalore. This role is perfect for a 12th Pass individual with a strong passion for design and the beverage industry, eager to learn and contribute to innovative visual campaigns. You will work under the guidance of senior creatives to develop compelling visual concepts and bring our brand stories to life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the conceptualization and execution of visual assets for marketing campaigns across digital and print media.
- Support the art direction of photoshoots and video production, ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop creative mood boards and storyboards for new projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into engaging visual narratives.
- Create and adapt designs for social media, advertisements, packaging, and other collateral.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all visual outputs adhere to them.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
