Junior Employee Relations - Other - Retail

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Employee Relations associate to join our team at Reliance Retail in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in supporting a positive and productive work environment within the retail sector. You will assist in various employee relations activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering strong relationships with our workforce. No graduation degree is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing employee grievances and disputes by documenting issues and supporting senior team members in resolution.
• Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures across the store locations.
• Help in organizing and conducting employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture.
• Provide support for employee disciplinary processes as guided by HR policies.
• Communicate effectively with employees to address queries and provide information related to employee relations.
