We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our team in Kochi. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.A. degree and 1-2 years of experience in a finance-related field. You will support the finance department in various analytical tasks, contributing to sound financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Support the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team with ad-hoc requests.
Help in reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial models.
