Junior Housekeeping & Laundry - Other - Animation & VFX

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Junior Housekeeping & Laundry professional with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment within our animation and VFX studio, ensuring our facilities support our creative operations seamlessly. You will leverage your organizational skills and understanding of operational processes, often gained through your commerce background, to manage and improve our housekeeping and laundry services.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations across studio spaces, offices, common areas, and restrooms.

Develop and implement efficient laundry schedules and procedures for uniforms, linens, and other required items.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, laundry detergents, and other consumables, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including waste management and sanitation protocols.

Coordinate with external vendors for specialized cleaning services or equipment maintenance as needed.

Train and supervise junior housekeeping staff, providing clear instructions and performance feedback.

Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, supply usage, and any reported issues, utilizing your B.Com skills for basic reporting.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of housekeeping and laundry processes, identifying areas for efficiency gains.
