Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Junior IT Network Engineer with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This role will involve supporting and maintaining our advanced IT network infrastructure, with a focus on emerging technologies. You will work closely with senior engineers to ensure network stability, security, and performance, contributing to cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure optimal uptime.
- Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures.
- Support the integration of emerging technologies into the existing network infrastructure.
- Participate in network capacity planning and performance tuning.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in networking and emerging technologies.
