Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Light Engineer with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. This role is crucial for supporting our banking operations through effective management and maintenance of lighting systems within our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and a foundational understanding of electrical principles and lighting technologies, with a keen interest in applying these skills within the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of lighting systems across bank branches and offices.
- Conduct regular inspections of lighting fixtures to identify and rectify faults.
- Support the implementation of energy-efficient lighting solutions and practices.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on troubleshooting and repair of lighting-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of lighting equipment, maintenance schedules, and energy consumption.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all lighting-related activities.
- Provide basic technical support to staff regarding lighting systems.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of lighting technologies and banking operations.
