Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Payroll & Transactions Analyst to join our dynamic team in Noida. This role is ideal for an individual with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) looking to apply their analytical and problem-solving skills in the FinTech industry, specifically within payroll and transaction processing. You will be responsible for assisting in the accurate and timely processing of payroll and supporting various financial transaction operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support the reconciliation of payroll data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Help manage and process employee expense reimbursements and other payroll-related transactions.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Process and verify various financial transactions, maintaining meticulous records.
- Assist in generating payroll and transaction reports for management review.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to system enhancements.
- Adhere to data privacy and security protocols.
- Support ad-hoc projects and analyses as required.
